This
agreement is between the Consignor and Jean's Closet and
is for the purpose of the Consignor consigning clothing
for sale under the following terms and conditions: 2. All
items are consigned for a period of sixty (60) days from
the date of this agreement. 3. Jean's
Closet will pay the Consignor forty percent (40%) of any
items sold during the consignment period. Payment
for sold items may be picked up at any time following the
date of this agreement. Payment must be picked up
within six (6) months following the expiration date of
the consignment period or the amount due is
forfeited. Check payments by mail may be requested with a
charge of fifty cents ($.50) deducted from the amount
due. 4. Items
not sold during the 60-day consignment period may be
picked up by the Consignor within 7 days following the
expiration date. All items not picked up after this time
become the property of Jean's Closet. 5. Jean's
Closet will set all prices and reserves the right to
change and reduce sales prices at any time during the
consignment. 6.
Consignor certifies by signature that all items consigned
are the property of the Consignor and that the Consignor
has the right to sell all such property.
1. All items must be in new or excellent condition,
freshly laundered, pressed, in current style and season.
Jean's Closet reserves the right to refuse any items for
any reason.
